Our Qualifications

Bruce Boppe

Bruce has been helping investors reach their goals for over 28 years.  As a graduate of Handley High School and James Madison University, he has been a part of the community his whole life. Bruce and his wife Margaret reside in Winchester.  He has a daughter, Sara, who is a student at West Virginia University and a son, Randolph, who is a Handley High School student.

Ryan Oates

Ryan, after graduating from George Mason University and working in the financial services field in Winchester for the past 6 years, has decided to partner with Bruce in the investment services business.  He was a graduate of James Wood High School and has lived in Winchester or the surrounding area most of his life. Ryan and his wife, Raychel, reside in Stephens City.
